Historical Football Kits

Scottish Premier League and Football League 2007 - 2008

The new 07-08 season's kits for all the Scottish Premier League, Scottish First Division, Scottish Second Division and the Scottish Third Division sides are here.

The main trend this season is for new interpretations of traditional kits with a few radical redesigns. Only Hearts and Rangers have opted for the new Umbro template while Hummel's retro style has found favour with Dundee United, Elgin City and St Mirren. Albion Rovers have changed their colours: it remains to be seen if this will improve their fortunes or, with attendances in three figures, the club will pay much attention to their supporters. After all, Don Revie started the Leeds United revolution with a similar redesign.

Among the most innovative kits this season are those adopted by Berwick Rangers and East Fife, whereas Celtic have gone for a recreation of the famous Lisbon Lions kit from 1967.
