Red shorts are reinstated for the first choice strip and the shirt is embossed with detailing from the club crest below the traditional diamond. The change strip is a vibrant pink and black while the third strip is recycled from last season.

Designer: Adidas

Sponsor: Bodog

Ayr have signed up with Adidas and are wearing plain black shirts with white shorts and socks. This is not a good look for a team that is associated with either plain white shirts or hoops. That said they did wear all black in 1995-96.

Second

Designer: Joma

Dunfermline lost out on promotion last season because they lost to Cowdenbeath in the play-off final. Joma have now delivered an excellent first choice outfit based on the classic Pars' design that first appeared in 1958.

Second

Designer: Pendle

Sponsor: Orchard Timber Products

Pendle's hooped template design (also worn by Alloa in gold/black) revives a look that Forfar sported in the 1930s and 40s (they also briefly wore hooped tops in 1968). Excellent.

Morton dropped out of the Championship last term after finishing bottom. They have switched from Puma to Nike this season: the standard Hoop III jersey is similar to the traditional Morton style while Precision II is chosen for the alternative in navy and pink. Blue shorts and socks can be worn with the hooped top but white appears to be the first choice.

Designer: Macron

Sponsor: Prudential Insurance

Albion won promotion via the play-offs and now celebrate their 70th anniversary by adopting a "home" strip based on the classic design worn 1957-65, which is completed by the old saltire and lion rampant crest (the Stirling coat of arms) adopted in 1961.

The club have confirmed that white shorts will be first choice although a red set is available when needed. The change strip is retained from 2013-14. The team borrowed a set of shirts from Elgin City for their tie in the Petrofac Training Cup.
